Using Tapyo

Tapyo is a product of Greatclicks Information Technology Solutions. It gives businesses a page for their information and tools to keep that page current. Customers can open a business page through a link, QR code, or phone tap.

Business information

Business owners provide and manage the details on their Tapyo pages, including services, prices, hours, photos, and contact options. Owners should keep these details accurate and use only content they have permission to share. Visitors should confirm time-sensitive details directly with the business before making plans or purchases.

Owner access

The owner tools are for people authorized to manage the relevant business. Keep sign-in codes private. Contact Tapyo if your registered email or phone number needs to be corrected.

Plans and orders

All non-AI business tools are free, including the business page, marketplace listing, customer contacts and export, bookings, calendar, reporting, promotions, and saved FAQ answers. The free allowance is 100 new marketing contacts per calendar month and up to 200 images within 100 MB of storage. Booking contacts do not consume the marketing allowance. Contact allowances reset on the first of each month at midnight Philippine time and do not roll over. Image uploads are compressed, limited to 2 MB per prepared image and 60 uploads per hour. Spam and abuse protections apply. Contact support if you need more room. AI-generated replies are separate, require explicit access and an allowance, and are not included free. Existing AI access retains its current reply allowance. SMS delivery is disabled. Physical NFC and QR standees are optional purchases; prices are shown before ordering. Free business tools do not require a subscription or renewal.
